Adults and juniors have seperate restrictions but are now heading in a great direction for returning to Martial art training.

Adults and juniors have seperate restrictions but are now heading in a great direction for returning to Martial art training.
Adults and juniors must be kept apart.
Juniors are at contact phase
Adults are at equipment phase with face shields but no contact.
Instructors must wear suitable PPE and manage the distribution of pads while ensuring cleansing is appropriate to our recommendations.
