The Bradley Stoke club originally started it’s life in Thornbury in 1989 (blimey, that’s thirty one years ago!!), moving to the Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre when it first opened. A very friendly and hardworking club, it benefits from a good cross-section of students from all walks of life. We have quite a lot of black belts – some quite senior in grade, who enjoy both training and helping to teach within the club. We train in the main sports hall, giving us a huge amount of space to let off steam! The Bradley Stoke club regularly does well at competitions – in the past even producing two World Champions!
